injured!

my right shoulder hurts.

    I'm not v good about doing the whole rest thing. I'm actually thinking about going to the kickboxing class tonight ....

    I injured my shoulder a few weeks ago but don't know how I did it. It is just starting to feel better.

    Shoulders are dodgy things, esp the older you get. I think it's a combo of handstand pushups(!), falling on it and hitting pads v hard. I'm sure going and hitting pads v hard again tonight will make it feel better lol.
